If you’re looking to return or exchange our product for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Need help with a refund on music lessons or services? Please contact us directly.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Items purchased through another store (like Amazon or a bookstore) must be returned to those locations.
- If your item was damaged from use or misuse, we are happy to replace it at cost but cannot refund your purchase.
- If you received the wrong product we will send the correct product and in most cases you can keep both. If we need it back we will send you a return label.
- If you changed your mind on the purchase, we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the undamaged product, shipped at your expense.
- We cannot replace audiobooks that arrive with a cracked case, but if a disc arrives cracked we will replace that disc.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following:
- Find your email receipt and forward it, along with your request, to info@encouragebooks.com.
- If you don't have the receipt, send your request to us through our contact page with details on when you bought it and we will try to find the transaction for you.
- If the item was damaged in shipping, please include a photo of the damaged container, the shipping label, and the product so we might file a claim.
- In any case, if we need the product back we will send you a return label. Otherwise, dispose of the product, keep it, donate it, use it as a coaster, or pass it on as you wish.
